Tim and Donna Diener and Paul and Arlene Pankratz took Saturday dinner to the home of David and Sherilyn Kadel at Randall to celebrate Sherilyn's birthday.
Norman and Dot Ensz spent the weekend at Great Bend where Dot participated in a senior women's bowling tournament. Others from the area who participated were Joyce Medley, Joan Harmon, and Geraldine Ewert of Durham. Donald Ewert also attended the tournament.
Marilyn Bartel spent three days in Kansas City visiting some former college friends.
Willis and Ruth Penner visited at the Paul Pankratz home Sunday evening.
Irene Bezdek spent a week at Wichita at the home of Mike and Liza Salsgiver. Irene stayed with her grandcihldren, Maddi and Alex while Mike and Liza attended a business convention at Las Vegas.
Harley Larsen spent the weekend with her grandmother, Irene Bezdek. Harley is the daughter of Angie (Bezdek) Larsen.
Virgil and Jean Oblander attended funeral services Monday for Mary Strecker at St. Mary Lutheran Church, Great Bend.
Virgil and Jean Oblander, Jim Peters, and Norma Ruff visited their aunt, Marie Ann Becker at Blackwell, Okla., Friday. Virgil and Jean attended a birthday celebration Sunday for Howard Schroeder's 80th birthday at Halstead.
Oliver and Marcella Mohn spent from Thursday to Monday at the home of Bob and Karen Haug at Jetmore. Tiffany, who is attending Fort Hays State University, also was home for the weekend.
Ida Gross of Sioux, S.D., and Jerald Gross of Yankton, S.D., were weekend guests of Celia Gross.
