Round the Town: Birthday dinner held for Elaine Suderman

Judy Penner spent the weekend in Syracuse visiting her mother, Frances Wright, and other family.

Norma Cabeen, Steve and Dianne Dalton, and David Hein and Mona Voth, all of Hillsboro spent a week vacationing at the Mardi Gras in New Orleans. Pastor Laney and Emogene Kuhn joined them there. The Kuhns have a home nearby.

Weekend guests at the Oliver Mohns were Jeryl Mohn form Sugarland, Texas, Russel Haug and Kara Bartel from Bethel College, and Karen and Tiffany Haug from Jetmore.

Georgie Medley from Liberty, Mo., was a house guest at the Virgil Oblanders over the weekend. She also visited her mother, Ruth Peters, at Salem Home.

Oliver and Frances Unruh took their friends Jim and Jerri Hampton of Newton out for dinner to celebrate Jim's birthday.

Gus and Mildred Hamm of Tampa visited at the Paul Pankratzes on Thursday evening.

Mr. and Mrs. Wilbur Hanneman visited their daughter, Gloria Hanneman, in Wichita on Thursday, and they had dinner together at the Home Town Café in Wichita.

Irene Seibel hosted a birthday dinner Thursday evening for Elaine Suderman. Guests were Gib and Elaine Suderman, Carey and Carolyn Horn, Joel Suderman, Eli and Edna Suderman, and Clint and Evelyn Seibel.
