Round the town: Deckert hosts visiting kin

Neva Fast from Houston, Texas, spent a few days with her mother Bonnie Fast in Hillsboro before she returned to Oak Park, Calif., where she teaches.
Mr. and Mrs. Levi Brown and their grandson, Timothy Brown, from Tennessee were recent visitors in the Hillsboro area and were house guests of Levi's sister, Ella Dick, while they were here.
On Sunday, Oliver and Frances Unruh went to Newton and had dinner with their grandchildren, Paul and Chrystal Aimsworth and family, from Rodgers, Ark.
On Tuesday, Mr. and Mrs. Leonard Hein attended the funeral services for Leonard's cousin, Gary Steiner, at Lucas.
Recent visitors at the home of Deliah Deckert were her cousins, Merwyn and Marie Richert, from Salem, Ore., and Fernando and Rogene Fast of Florida.
Warren and Carol Weibert from Manhattan and their son Chris Weibert from Wichita spent Wednesday with Dave and Shirley Weibert. Shirley's brother, Don Bender, from Huntington Beach, Calif., arrived Tuesday and is spending several days with the Weiberts.
Gaylord and Valera Hamm from Durham visited on Friday evening with the Paul Pankratzes.
