Round the town: Hannah Ollenburger turns 96 years ago

Easter Day dinner guests at the home of Duwane and Jane Miller were Pastor Curtis and Connie Wiens of Durham, J.C. and Florence Ehrlich of Marion, and Pearl Koch of Hillsboro.
Guests at the home of Orlando and Marie Schultz during the Easter weekend were Verda and Doyle Converse and Linda Schultz of Wichita, Paul and Audre Schultz and children from Valley Center, Brad and Rachel Griffith and family from Wakeeney, Esther Larsen from Grand Island, Neb., Curt and Ruth Funk and family, Harold and Susan Schultz of Hillsboro, and Ryan and Tracy Hefley of Manhattan.
On April 20, the Ollenburger family met at noon at the Hillsboro Senior Center. The occasion was Hannah Ollenburger's 96th birthday and an Easter gathering. Those present were the honor guest Hannah Ollenburger, Merle, Marolyn and Macy Schlehuber, Brad, Sherri, David and Sara Buller, Gerald, Jessi and Neil Ollenburger, Verden and Pauline Harms, Ron Cook, Dean and Edie Ollenburger, Elma Klein, and Wayne and Carol Ollenburger, all of Hillsboro. After dinner, Delton and Roberta Ollenburger of Moundridge came in time for birthday cake.
Saturday evening dinner guests for Easter at the home of Paul and Elaine Jantzen were Vern and Ruth Goering from Moundridge, Pat and Keith Redding and family from Hesston, Tim and Lisa Donahue and family from Lincolnville, and Lowell and Judy Goering of Hillsboro.
Martha Yauk's Easter weekend guests were Morris and Arlene Yauk from Loveland, Colo. Sunday they all visited at the home of Don and Phyllis Elston in Wichita and were dinner guests of Martha's grandson Dick Zeitlow and his daughter, Allison.
On Tuesday, Bud and Gladys Buller and Oliver and Marcella Mohn went to Hiawatha and visited with their friends, Ray and Helen Coffelt. The Coffelts were former Hillsboro residents. The Mohns returned home on Wednesday.
Jeff and Jennifer Price and Austin of Denver, Colo., spent Friday and Saturday with their grandparents, Paul and Arlene Pankratz. They came to Kansas especially to attend the wedding of their friends, Natalie Barrett and David Wood at the Trinity United Methodist Church in Lindsborg. Jennifer and Natalie were neighbors and friends all during their school days in Jewel. Natalie has been the activities director for the City of Lindsborg since she graduated from Kansas State. The Woods will be making their home near Solomon.
