Round the Town: Hetts attend wild game feed in Navarre

Bill and Betty Meier and Pastor Curtis and Connie Wiens of Durham celebrated Betty's and the pastor's birthdays by having dinner out on Friday in McPherson.

Scott Winter from Kansas State University and Kim Kysar from Oklahoma visited their parents, Norman and Gloria Winter, over the weekend.

Berniece McDowell was a Sunday guest at her daughter and husband Brian and Shirley Lewis and family in Wichita.

On Saturday evening, Mr. and Mrs. Wilbur Hett attended a wild game feed at Navarre. This is an annual feed hosted by hunters in appreciation to farmers for allowing them to hunt on their land.

Cheryl White from McPherson, Warren Weibert from Oberlin, and Mr. and Mrs. David White and son form Mount Hope visited at the Dave Weiberts Saturday evening.

Marcella Mohn and Arlene Pankratz of Hillsboro, Valera Hamm of Durham, and Mildred Hamm of Tampa went to Salina on Wednesday and visited their cousins, Helen Miller and Leah Cheevers.

On Sunday, Mr. and Mrs. Lynn Penner and the Gary Penner family of Hillsboro and Diane Jost and family of Hesston visited at the Ewert home in Wichita and celebrated the birthdays of Linda, Traci, and Tiffani.
