Round the town: Lancaster spend time with Missouri family

Mrs. Clarence Seibel, Mr. and Mrs. Lowell Jost, Amber, Logan and Karis traveled to Alton, Ill., to attend the Feb. 1 wedding of Gene Seibel to Sue Meintrup of Edwardsville, Ill. Also attending the wedding were Matt and Becca Sipe, Gene's daughter and husband of Springfield, Mo. After a trip to Myrtle Beach, S.C., Gene and Sue will live in Edwardsville, Ill.

Sheryl Lehr from Sandy, Ore., spent a week in Hillsboro visiting her sister, Joni Calam, and family and was a house guest of her cousin, Delilah Deckert.

Dave and Mary Lancaster spent the weekend with their daughter, Liz, at Kirksville, Mo. Mary's sister, Sheryl McComb, from Council Bluff, Iowa, and Linda Meyer from Plattscuth, Neb., met the Lancasters at Liz's apartment, and they all spent the weekend together.

The Hamm family brothers and sisters and their spouses had a dinner together at Yoder on Saturday evening. Those attending were Marvin and Joyce Hamm from Wells, Elma Klein, Duane and Shirley Hamm, Delbert and Carolyn Hamm, and Wilbur and Florence Hett, all of Hillsboro.

Mr. and Mrs. Herb Pankratz and Andrew of Abilene visited at the Paul Pankratzes on Saturday morning.

Feb. 2 birthday dinner guests at the Paul Pankratzes were Elmer and Dorothy Seibel from Wichita, Ken Pankratz of Durham, Tim, Donna, and Marissa Diener of Hillsboro, and Kent Nickols of Eureka.

Graham Wathen and his father Cody Wathen from Texarkana, Texas, were house guests of Adam, Rachel, and Max Wathen from Tuesday evening to Thursday. On Tuesday evening, they all were dinner guests at Graham and Adam's grandparents, Duwane and Jane Miller. Graham has just returned from mission work in Austria and Hungary and will be going to England in March. He works through Calvary Chapel Bible College in Marietta, Calif.

Jane Miller and Marcella Mohn were honored guests at a birthday breakfast at Olde Towne Saturday morning. Others attending were Pearl Koch, Arlene Pankratz, Edie Ollenburger, Frances Unruh, Carol Ollenburger, Marilyn Geis, Elma Klein, Virginia Fadenrecht, Betty Meier, and Doris David.
