Round the Town: Ollenburger hosts Christmas supper

Thelma Miller and her son, Craig Miller, from Scott City called on the Duwane Millers on Monday. They came especially to attend funeral services for their aunt, Elma Fisher.
Dave and Shirley Weibert hosted the Weibert Christmas get-together over the weekend. Some of the family were Saturday overnight guests at the home of Dave and Sheryl White at McPherson and some at the Dave and Shirley Weibert home in Hillsboro. Family together were Dave and Shirley Weibert and Wade and Shelly Weibert of Hillsboro, Susan White and Marty Weibert of Wichita, Warren and Carolyn Weibert of Overland, Bob and Marilyn Price of Clyde, Steve and Kim Mohan and family of Topeka, Dennis and Sheryl White of McPherson, and David and Nancy White and son from Haven. On Sunday, they attended church together and had dinner at the Dennis White home in McPherson.
Mr. and Mrs. Bill Meier, Pearl Koch, Pastor Albert and Mrs. Fadenrecht, and Mr. and Mrs. Paul Pankratz, all of Hillsboro, attended their Sunday school class from Durham Baptist Christmas dinner on Friday at Tampa. Additional guests were Pastor Curtis Wiens, Fiennes Jantz, Etta Rader, Marcella Unruh, and Mr. and Mrs. Dorman Becker from Durham.
The Hannah Ollenburger Christmas supper, which included the arrival of Santa Claus, was held at the senior center in Hillsboro on Dec. 7. The supper was hosted by Wayne and Carol Ollenburger. Guests were Christopher, Roxy, and Joey King from Linwood, Frank, Jeanie, Austin, and Jordon Flores, and C.J. Brengman of Wichita, Merle, Marilyn, and May Schlehuber of Lehigh, Hannah Ollenburger, Dean and Edie Ollenburger, Mike and Carolyn Kleiber, Tammie, Evan, and Elliot Ollenburger, Brad, Sherri, and Sara Buller, Gerald, Jessi, and Neil Ollenburger, Verden and Pauline Harms, and Ron Cook, all of Hillsboro.
