Round the town: Residents host weekend guests

Weekend guests at the homes of Clarence and Mary Seibel and Lowell and Eleanor Jost were Gene Seibel and his daughter, Becca Sipe, from Springfield, Mo., and Sue Meintrup from Edwardsville, Ill.

On Sunday, Wilbur and Florence Hett joined family at the home of Von and Norma Pschigoda, rural Hope, to celebrate Von's birthday.

Agnes Steinert of Hillsboro and her sister-in-law Phyllis Mueller and Ruth Mueller vacationed in Colorado and visited with family there.

Ella Dick accompanied her granddaughter and husband, Ronald and Michelle Bezdek, of Abilene to Tennessee, where they attended the 60th wedding anniversary of Ella's brother and wife, Levi and Georgie Brown. Other family from the area also attended.

Julie Meir from Woodland Park, Colo., spent four days visiting her parents, Bill and Betty Meir.

Darlene Poulson of LeMars, Iowa, was a weekend house guest at the home of Wayne and Carol Ollenburger. She visited with her sister-in-law, Elma Klein, and other family and friends while here.

Althea Zimmerman and her daughter, Beth, were weekend guests at the home of Paul and Arlene Pankratz. They came especially to attend the arts and crafts fair. While here, they also visited with Harry Pankratz and Wesley Unruh at Parkside Homes, Molly Zimmerman at HCMC Long Term Care Unit, and Hannah Ollenburger at her home.
