Sally Plenert
Sally Plenert, 94, died Sept. 30, 2007, at Parkside Homes, Hillsboro.
Born Oct. 17, 1912, near Hillsboro, she was the daughter of John and Maria (Janz) Bartel.
She was a member of Trinity Mennonite Church, Hillsboro.
On Oct. 17, 1941, she married Arlo Plenert. He died in 1961.
Survivors include a son, Dennis and Paula Plenert of rural Moundridge; daughter, Sharolyn and Marlin Funk of rural Lehigh; sister, Marie Guhr of Newton; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Burial will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at Johannestal Cemetery, rural Hillsboro.
Funeral services will begin at 2 p.m. Thursday at Trinity Mennonite Church, Hillsboro, with Pastor Orlan Koehn officiating.
Memorial funds have been established with the church or the Alzheimer's Disease Association.
