Schmidt, Sommerfeld to marry
Jim and Diana Schmidt of Goessel and Glen and Marcella Sommerfeld of Kinsley announce the engagement of their children, Carrie Marie Schmidt and Justin Aaron Sommerfeld.
The bride-elect is a 1999 graduate of Goessel High School and a 2001 graduate of Hesston College. She is currently pursuing a bachelor of arts degree in sociology and criminology at Kansas State University and plans to graduate in December of 2004.
He fiancé is a 1999 graduate of Lewis High School. He attended Hesston College for one year and is currently attending Kansas State University. He plans to graduate in May of 2004 with a bachelor of science degree in agriculture and technology management.
The couple plans to marry July 18, 2003, at Tabor Mennonite Church near Goessel.
