Seibel, Powell to marry

Mr. and Mrs. John Seibel of Snellville, Ga., announce the engagement of their daughter, Rebecca Joann, to Jeremy Powell, son of Mr. and Mrs. Randy Powell of Dacula, Ga. The wedding will take place Sept. 27, 2003.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Irene Seibel of Hillsboro.
