Senior Soundings: Dr. Reeh to speak Thursday

Elva Suderman presented a program Wednesday in honor of the 50th anniversary of the discovery of Salk vaccine. She told "A Survivor's Tale" of polio and its effects on victims.
Dr. Michael Reeh will speak at the center on Thursday after the meal. His subject is "Prevention of Falls."
The July birthday dinner will be at noon Monday at the center. "Signs and Symbols of Kansas" video will be shown after the meal.
Games, gab, and goodies at the center is a chance for you to bring friends and games and relax for the afternoon. A snack is served at 3 p.m.
Those who volunteered their time at the center this past week were — Kitchen: Nellie Jost, Kim Friesen, Irma Koop, Irma Groening, Betty Price, Mildred Jantz, Margaret Funk, Phyllis Neuenschwander, Mariann Unruh, and Lydia Pankratz. Meal delivery: Bud Buller and Paul Ediger. FISH transportation: Elgin Bartel.
