Monday, the Parkside Resident Council met and elected new representatives.

Tuesday afternoon, a group met to play dominoes. Fern Unruh, Frank Peters, and Art Wiebe were the winners of the games. Snacks were served with coffee to the players. The Morning Star ladies gave the evening program.

Clint Seibel brought the afternoon Bible devotional. Vanilla ice cream was served after the service.

Parkside residents were invited to a candlelight dinner. The theme of the event was "Valentine Sweethearts." The evening was filled with decorations, dressed up guests, a delicious meal, romantic music, and recognition of Parkside's couples.

Carla Koslowsky played the piano for the hymn sing led by Peggy Brandt on Thursday morning. Thursday afternoon, Parkside had a Valentine coffee with decorated cookies. The Morning Star Church brought the evening program.

Friday, many of the residents received singing Valentines sent by their families. The winner of the bingo blackout game played Friday afternoon was Evelyn Schmidt.

Theater popcorn was served Saturday afternoon. The men's group met with Dave Hunter in the afternoon. The Trinity Mennonite Church brought the Sunday afternoon worship service.
