Stucky signs to play volleyball at Hesston College
Melinda Stucky of Goessel, a 5'9" middle hitter, has signed a letter of intent to play volleyball at Hesston College during the 2003 season.
Stucky has been a four-year varsity letter winner in volleyball at Goessel High School. She is a two-time first team All-HOA league pick, received All-State honorable mention as junior, and this past season was awarded the Hutchinson News All-Southwest Kansas first team 1A and third team All-Classes.
Stucky also is a three-year varsity letter winner in basketball and track. She received first team All-League and All-State honorable mention in baksetball as a junior.
She has been a memeber of the Elbiata Singers for four years and serves as GHS student council secretary.
She is the daughter of Brian and Nancy Stucky of Goessel.
