Suffield named Sonic ultimate fan
Follow a national search, Sonic Drive-In named Dustin Suffield from Hillsboro as one of 50 Ultimate Sonic Fans. For part of Sonic's 50th birthday celebration, carhops and crew members nominated their drive-in's most passionate customers. A panel of judges at Sonic Corp. selected the top 50 from nearly 1,000 entries.
Suffield visits Sonic every day and is planning a career in restaurant management to help him prepare to buy and operate his own Sonic some day. His favorite order is iced tea.
"We proudly announce Dustin as our Ultimate Sonic Fan," said Paul Meyer, manager of 700 Western Heights Sonic Driven-In. "It's Sonic customers such as Dustin that make Sonic more than a place to eat: it's a part of life."
Suffield received a limited edition Sonic license plate frame titled "Ultimate Sonic Fan."
