Tabor College to host regional music festival
Area high school students will compete for high marks April 1 on the Tabor College campus at the high school regional music festival.
Students performing instrumental and vocal pieces will compete.
Dr. Bradley Vogel, associate professor of choral music, will manage the event. Carol Dirks, music department secretary, and Kaylene Unruh, administrative assistant to the dean of student development, will co-supervise the festival.
The class divisions of 1A, 2A, and 3A high schools invited to participate include: Alma-Wabaunsee, Berean Academy, Brookville-Ell-Saline, Burrton, Canton-Galva, Centre, Cottonwood Falls-Chase.
Elyria Christian School, Eskridge-Mission Valley, Goessel, Halstead, Herington, Hesston, Hillsboro, Hope, Inman.
Marion-Florence, Moundridge, Peabody-Burns, Sacred Heart, Salina-St. John's Military, Solomon, St. Xavier and White City.
