Terri Thompson
Terri D. Thompson, 33, of Ramona, died Nov. 8, 2004, at Wesley Medical Center, Wichita.
Born Sept. 29, 1971, at Oakland, Calif., she was the daughter of Ronald and Charolene (Pratt) Nelson.
On April 26, 1993, she married James Thompson in Reno, Nev. She moved in July 2003 with her family to Ramona.
She was a certified nurse's aide with Hillsboro Community Medical Center and KD Care and a volunteer firefighter for Marion County District #3 fire department. She was a member of St. John Nep. Catholic Church at Pilsen, and was active in Girl Scouts and 4-H.
Survivors include her husband, James of Ramona; four sons, Benjamin, Dallen, Terren, and C.J.; and a daughter, Cassandra, all of Ramona; two brothers; and two sisters..
The rosary was recited Sunday evening at St. John Nep. Catholic Church, Pilsen.
A Mass of Christian Burial was said Monday morning at St. John Nep. Catholic Church, Pilsen, with Father Steve Gronert officiating.
Burial was in Pilsen Catholic Cemetery.
A Terri Thompson Children's Fund memorial has been established and funds may be left at First National Bank, Hope, or with Carlson-Becker Funeral Home.
