Two businesses move to bank building
Two Hillsboro businesses are moving to new locations this weekend — and at their new spots, they'll be neighbors.
Pat Nuss Realty and American Family Insurance will both be moving to offices in the building of Hillsboro State Bank. The bank has converted half of its building into newly renovated office space. The address is 104 E. First.
In Suite A will be American Family Insurance, run by Jayson Hanschu. The insurance business is currently located at 107 E. Grand.
Hanschu is looking forward to having an office of his own at the new location. He likes the layout of his new office, he said.
His new office is also at a prime location, with a post office, bank, real estate agent's office, and soon-to-be fitness center all nearby.
"It's a total fresh start — a face lift," Hanschu said.
Also moving from her present location at 312 N. Main is Pat Nuss, of the Pat Nuss Real Estate Team. Nuss will be in Suite B.
Nuss also likes the new location and feels that the office space will be more "businesslike." Her Main address is a house.
Now, it's time for something a little more professional.
"It's got what we want," she said.
Both companies plan to be open for business, as usual, on Monday, April 29.
