Utting wins men's golf tourney
The Hillsboro Golf Association held the 28th annual Men's Senior and the 12th annual Women's Senior Golf Tournaments Sept. 4 and 5 at the Hillsboro Municipal Golf Course. One hundred thirty-three golfers, 112 from out of town, participated in the two-day event.
Stan Utting of Hillsboro won the men's tournament with an 18-hole score of 71. Sara Lomax of Wichita won the women's tournament with an 18-hole score of 83.
