Vivian M. Klein

Vivian M. Klein, 91, of Hesston, died May 11, 2003, at Schowalter Villa in Hesston.

Born Feb. 22, 1912, at Aulne, she was the daughter of Peter P. and Mary (Hanneman) Unruh.

She grew up at Aulne and lived in Marion, Hillsboro, Moundridge, Wichita, Belle Plaine and moved to Hesston in early 2000.

On June 7, 1949, at Aulne, she married Cornelius F. Klein. He died in 1977.

She was a music teacher and homemaker. She was also a member of Hesston Inter-Mennonite Church.

Survivors include son, Robert Klein of Moundridge; daughter, Vickie Sauceda of Wellington; stepsons, Kenneth Klein of Athens, Ga., and Harold Klein of Wichita; stepdaughter, Ruth McGinness of Marion; brothers, Herman Unruh of Marion and Wilbur Unruh of Wichita; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Graveside services and burial were held Wednesday at Marion Cemetery before the memorial service at Hesston Inter-Mennonite Church with Rev. Scott Miller officiating.
