Wonsevu: County Line 4-H Club receives second place in parade

County Line 4-H members got second place on their float. Congratulations to them. The members also distributed water for donations for the hurricane victims.
Patti Mitchell and Amy attended the Labor Day parade in Florence.
Johnny and Jaimie Lang went to Worlds of Fun at Kansas City with the Dornkers.
Denise Lang and Margaret Morgan had dinner together at Burns.
Bill and Margie Williams went to Arkansas Sept. 1 to attend Margie's family reunion Sept. 3. They visited Margie's sisters, Thelma Thigpen and family at Little Rock and Julia Reddin at El Dorado and Bill's sister, Lola Smith and Mary and Sylvia Williams of Harrell. They returned Sept. 6.
Williams' dinner guest Sunday was grandson Carl Williams of Manhattan. Bill and Margie had dinner Friday with their daughter Gayla Soyez at Wichita in Old Town.
Julia Smith spent Saturday night with her friend Ashley Blunt at Cottonwood Falls. They attended the high school rodeo in Strong City. Julia attended the football game Friday evening.
Sharon Smith went Friday evening to County Line 4-H book screening.
Hazel Clothier met Kevin and Teresa Hill of Marion at Stone City Café in Marion Thursday for dinner.
Bill and Margie Williams were Friday evening visitors of Hazel Clothier.
Doni Rogers spent Friday night with her cousins, Wanda Kollohoff and Edd and Loucille Newman at Hutchinson.
