Bethany students can earn drone pilot licenses

Bethany College is offering an opportunity to earn a commercial drone pilot license for this semester.

Students of the Unmanned Aircraft Systems class learn about air space, charts, meteorology, load and air crew management to prepare for the FAA’s remote pilot certification exam.

Bethany also will provide students with a lifetime subscription to a website with regulation updates and guided training to help them maintain their drone licenses.
