NEW jailings

Kevin W. Geren, 58, Marion, jailed July 14 on warrants alleging failure to appear in court. Released July 15 on $5,000 surety bond. Previously jailed Dec. 18 to 21 on suspicion of distribution of drugs, possession of marijuana, and failure to appear in court.

John D. Harding, 19, Peabody, arrested July 15 by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of aggravated indecent liberties with a child and criminal sodomy with a child between 14 and 15 years old. Held in lieu of $50,000 surety bond.
