NEW jailings

Shane A. Daniels, 53, Lehigh, arrested by sheriff’s deputies Aug. 25 on suspicion of failure to appear in court. Released Aug. 26 on $223 cash bond. Previously jailed March 8, 2019, July 7, 2019, and Jan. 9, all for failure to appear in court.

Alan A. Loya, 24, arrested by sheriff’s deputies Aug. 25 on suspicion of failing to appear in court. Released 45 minutes later on $2,500 surety bond. Previously jailed June 5 to June 6, 2019, on suspicion of driving while license suspended and failure to appear in court.

Lonney R. Teichmann, 61, Peabody, arrested Sunday by a state trooper on suspicion of driving while license canceled, suspended, or revoked, and six counts of failure to appear in court. Held in lieu of $150,000 surety bond. Previously jailed Dec. 19, 2019 to Feb. 24 on assorted drug charges, Feb. 28 to 29 for probation violation, and March 14 to March 20 for probation violation.

Cyle L. Wilson, 27, Marion, arrested Saturday by sheriff’s deputies on suspicion of possession of marijuana, opiates, drug paraphernalia, and stolen property. Released Sunday on $10,000 surety bond. Arrested again Tuesday by Marion police on suspicion of possession of stolen property, driving without a valid license and in violation of restrictions, and no proof of liability insurance. Previously jailed Feb. 16 to 17 on suspicion of burglary, trespass, and theft, June 23 on suspicion of driving a car without an ignition interlock device, no proof of insurance, driving in violation of license restrictions, driving a vehicle with improper registration, and possession of drug paraphernalia, July 25 for failure to appear in court, and Aug 23 to 24 on suspicion of possession of stolen property, criminal damage to property, possession of a controlled substance, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia.
