NEW JAILINGS

Robert S. Ayers, 48, Hillsboro, arrested Thursday by a sheriff’s deputy for failing to appear in court. Bond not set. Previously jailed six times for a total of 190 days since Jan. 12, 2018. Jailings were on court orders, on two motions to revoke probation, for four times failing to appear in court, and on suspicion of interfering with law enforcement.

Joshua A. Bradley, 37, Sylvan Grove, arrested Tuesday by Marion police on suspicion of soliciting distribution of depressants, possessing marijuana and drug paraphernalia, failing to have a drug taxation stamp, speeding, and failing to display evidence of vehicle liability insurance. Bond not set.

Zachary S. Dvorak, 25, Marion, jailed Friday for 90 days on court orders. Previously jailed four times for a total of 15 days since May 13, 2018, for three times failing to appear in court, for allegedly violating probation, and on suspicion of domestic battery, driving under the influence of intoxicants, twice driving without using a required sobriety interlock, making an aggravated criminal threat, twice interfering with law enforcement, battery of a law enforcement officer, and operating an unregistered vehicle.

Kenneth R. Grayson Jr., 50, Wichita, transferred to county jail Thursday after being arrested May 13 in Sedgwick County for failing to appear in court here on 2021 charges of possessing methamphetamine, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia. Released Saturday after posting a $10,000 surety bond.

Roger A. Klenda, 48, Hillsboro, arrested Saturday by Hillsboro police on suspicion of operating a motor vehicle without a valid license. Held in lieu of $500 surety bond.

Mark A. Larsen, 57, Stillwater, Oklahoma, arrested Thursday by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of a third offense of driving a commercial vehicle under the influence of intoxicants, reckless driving, and driving on the left in a no-passing zone. Held in lieu of $5,000 surety bond.

Clayton T. Lingenfelter, 24, Hillsboro, arrested Thursday by a sheriff’s deputy for failing to appear in court. Bond not set. Previously jailed nine times for a total of 349 days since April 18, 2020. Jailings were for contempt of court, for failing to appear in court 10 times, and on suspicion of two times being a felon in possession of a firearm; possessing a controlled substance, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia; burglary; theft; twice violating offender registration; criminal trespassing; and possessing a stolen firearm.

Cassandra A. Scheuerman, 32, Newton, jailed Thursday for failing to appear in court. Released Friday after posting $200 cash bail.

Julie M. Snyder, 43, Hillsboro, jailed June 15 for 48 hours on court orders. Previously jailed March 26 on suspicion of driving while her license was canceled, suspended, or revoked, and April 12 to 14, 2019, on court orders.
