NEW JAILINGS

Paul F. Baatrup, 23, Wichita, jailed Friday for 48 hours on court orders. Previously jailed nine times for a total of 106 dayus between April 15, 2019, and April 7, 2024. Previous jailings were on court orders six times and on suspicion of violating offender registration three times.

Yvette Collier, 62, Lehigh, jailed Friday for allegedly violating her probation. Released an hour later without bond.

Eddie A. Eaves Jr., 41, McPherson, jailed Monday on court orders. Previously jailed four times for a total of 31 days between May 15, 2018, and June 13, 2021. Previous jailings were on court orders twice and on suspicion of aggravated domestic battery, criminal restraint, domestic battery (twice), fleeing or attempting to elude law enforcement, aggravated child endangerment, unsafe turning or stopping, driving on the left in a no-passing zone, failing to yield at a stop or yield sign, and driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

Almeda G. Giroux, 22, Ramona, jailed April 17 for allegedly violating her probation. Released the next day on her own recognizance, promising to pay $5,000 if she fails to appear in court. Previously jailed April 1 to 30, 2023, and April 27 to 29, 2022, on court orders.

Jesse L. Marshall, 44, Wichita, arrested April 16 by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of battery. Eligible for release on his own recognizance pending a promise to pay $5,000 should he fail to appear in court. Previously jailed Aug. 7 to 22 on court orders and on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, transporting an open container of alcohol, and driving while his license was canceled, suspended, or revoked; April 22 to May 12, 2023, for allegedly violating his probation two times; and Oct. 7, 2022, to Jan. 11, 2023, on suspicion of two counts of aggravated burglary and single counts of making a criminal threat, criminal damage to property, battery of a law enforcement officer, interfering with law enforcement, and criminal trespassing.

Adam T. Mosier, 35, Walton, jailed Friday for 48 hours on court orders. Previously jailed April 25 and 26, 2023, on suspicion of domestic battery.

Todd P. Singley, 47, Newton, jailed Saturday for 48 hours on court orders. Previously jailed April 13 to 15 and June 17 to Aug. 16 on court orders; June 22 to July 8, 2022, for failing to appear in court; and May 14, 2022 on suspicion of aggravated battery.

Angela K. Vann, 37, Hillsboro, jailed Friday for 48 hours on court orders. Previously jailed Jan. 10 to 13, 2023, on suspicion of criminal damage to property and disorderly conduct.
