NEW ARRESTS

Charles A. Blunck, 19, Burns, arrested Wednesday by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of disorderly conduct and possession of marijuana. Released 90 minutes later after posting a $2,000 bond. Re-arrested three hours after that by a different sheriff’s deputy, again on suspicion of disorderly conduct. Released nine hours later after posting a $1,000 bond. Previously jailed Nov. 25, 2024, for failing to appear in court.

Chyanne C. Creely, 19, Burns, arrested Thursday by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of disorderly conduct. Released seven hours later after posting a $1,000 bond.

Nancy D. Garcia, 51, Marion, jailed May 12 for 72 hours on court orders. Previously jailed 16 times for a total of all or part of 245 days between Jan. 26, 2018, and Dec. 1, 2025. Previous jailings were on court orders three times, being held for the Department of Corrections once, for allegedly violating her probation eight times, for failing to appear in court once, and on suspicion of domestic battery three times; driving while her license was canceled, suspended, or revoked twice; assault; aggravated burglary; simple burglary; criminal restraint; interfering with law enforcement; violating an order of protection; failing to provide child support; driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol; and transporting an open container of alcohol.

Kimberly L. Harris, 56, Peabody, arrested May 13 by Peabody police for failing to appear in Peabody Municipal Court. Released less than 90 minutes later after posting a $500 bond.

Anthony B. Jay, 52, Wichita, jailed Friday for 48 hours on court orders. Previously jailed Sept. 20 on suspicion of driving without a required anti-drinking interlock, without valid registration, without liability insurance, and while his license was canceled, suspended, or revoked.

Michael P. Lara Jr., 39, McAllen, Texas, jailed May 4 for McPherson County.

Dillon D. Lowe, 30, Hutchinson, jailed May 7 for failing to appear in court. Released Friday after posting a $2,500 bond.

Jeremy G. McCullough, 45, Florence, arrested May 13 by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of aggravated assault, making a criminal threat, and disorderly conduct. Released Sunday after posting a $20,000 bond.

Ronald W. Woerz, 66, Marion, arrested May 12 by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of transporting an open container of alcohol. Released 16 hours later after posting a $500 bond. Previously jailed Dec. 24 and 25, 2017, on suspicion of a second incidence of driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, interfering with law enforcement, and transporting an open container of alcohol.
