NEW JAILINGS

Jason L. Anderson, 52, Peabody, arrested Friday by Hillsboro police on suspicion of possessing marijuana, an undetermined controlled substance, and drug paraphernalia. Held in lieu of posting a $50,000 bond. Previously jailed 10 times for a total of all or part of 49 days between Nov. 16, 2017, and March 9, 2026. Previous jailings were for allegedly violating his probation, for failing to appear in court four times, on court orders three times, and on suspicion of possessing stimulants twice, drug paraphernalia twice, and marijuana once and of intending to distribute marijuana, of transporting an open container of alcohol, and of failing to pay child support.

Zachary G. Anderson, 29, Hillsboro, arrested Monday by Hillsboro police on suspicion of failing to use a required anti-driving ignition interlock. Released two hours later after posting a $2,500 bond. Previously jailed Oct. 4 and 5, 2022, for allegedly violating his probation; Oct.29 and 31, 2021, on court orders; and Jan. 1, 2021, on suspicion of reckless driving and driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

Nicholas A. Bowen, 40, McPherson, jailed May 20 for 15 days on court orders. Previously jailed April 20 to May 5 on court orders; Sept. 7 and 9, 2024, on suspicion of making a criminal threat, aggravated battery, domestic battery, disorderly conduct, and child endangerment; and Dec. 4, 2023, on suspicion of soliciting aggravated domestic battery.

Sheridan M. Hiebert, 46, Burns, arrested May 20 by the sheriff for allegedly violating her probation. Released 1½ hours later without bond.

Melissa L. Lieder, 34, Hillsboro, arrested Monday by Hillsboro police for failing to appear in court. Released two hours laterafter posting a $1,500 bond.

Clifton L. Richmond, 40, McPherson, jailed May 20 for 60 days on court orders. Previously jailed eight times for a total of all or part of 93 days between Sept. 23, 2022, and Feb. 17, 2026. Previous jailings were on suspicion of aggravated battery, possession of marijuana, domestic battery (twice), criminal damage, criminal trespassing (twice), driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, and driving while his license was suspended; for allegedly violating his probation five times; and on court orders.
