Taneisha R. Herndon, 23, Wichita, formally was charged Monday with possession of methamphetamine and marijuana, driving without valid registration, driving while her license was suspended, canceled or revoked, and speeding.

Darin L. Hill, 53, Ramona, formally was charged Jan. 4 with three counts of violation of a protection from stalking order.

Mark A. Larsen, 58, Stillwater, Oklahoma, was sentenced Dec. 9 to a year’s probation for driving under the influence and was ordered to pay $1,213. Charges of reckless driving and driving on the left in a no-passing zone were dismissed.

Kelli Ann Olson, 48, Newton, formally was charged Jan. 5 with domestic battery of Ryan Patrick Olson.

Dustin D. Rodgers, 42, Hillsboro, formally was charged Jan. 3 with possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.

Dawn M. Setzer, 30, Hillsboro, formally was charged Jan. 3 with possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.

Sarah V. Smith, 44, Marion, formally was charged Jan. 3 possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, having a license plate not assigned to the vehicle, and having no proof of insurance.

Michael J. Strotkamp, 45, Peabody, formally was charged Jan. 3 with possession of methamphetamine, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia, traffic of contraband in a correctional facility, and driving while his license was canceled, suspended, or revoked.
