DIVISION CASES

Jason D. Bass, 43, Ramona, formally was charged Jan. 25 with distribution of methamphetamine; possession methamphetamine without a drug tax stamp; driving while his license was canceled, suspended, or revoked; and speeding.

Zachary J. Gutierrez, 28, Hillsboro, was sentenced Jan. 10 to a year’s probation and ordered to pay $263 for battery. Charges of criminal damage to property and disorderly conduct were dismissed.

Stephanie L. Johnson, 44, Hillsboro, pleaded no contest Jan. 13 to possession of drug paraphernalia and was sentenced to probation for an unspecified number of months.

Charges of following another vehicle too closely, failure to comply with traffic regulations, battery, and two counts of endangerment filed against Danny Liu were dismissed Jan. 18. A separate case with identical charges was filed Jan. 17. The first case was filed as a traffic case and the second was filed as a criminal case.

Probation of Jaysten L. McClure, 28, Wichita for possession of methamphetamine was revoked Jan. 23. He was ordered to serve time in prison.

Ephraim Palacio, 29, Wichita, was sentenced Jan. 10 to a year’s probation for possession of methamphetamine and a year’s probation for endangering a child. The sentences are to run concurrently. He was ordered to pay $558.

Amanda M. Radke, 41, Hillsboro, formally was charged Jan. 25 with distribution of methamphetamine, possessing methamphetamine without a drug tax stamp, and criminal possession of a firearm.

Lucas H. Tullis formally was charged Jan. 25 with possession of stolen property.
