Jaden Cutsinger, 29, Wichita, pleaded no contest Feb. 18 to driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol and was sentenced to 48 hours in jail and a year’s probation. He was ordered to pay $1,035.

Darris L. Brown, 41, Hillsboro, formally was charged Thursday with domestic battery.

Johnny A. Eaglin entered into a year’s diversion agreement Feb. 24 on charges of possession of THC and drug paraphernalia. He was ordered to pay $783, complete a drug and alcohol evaluation, and perform 30 hours’ community service.

Paul A. Huddleston, 27, Marion, formally was charged March 21 with fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, driving without a valid license, speeding, having improper stop lamps or turn signal, and having defective tail lamps or tag light.

On March 25, Huddleston formally was charged with aggravated assault of a law enforcement officer, aggravated assault, and aggravated endangering of a child.

In a separate case filed March 25, Huddleston formally was charged with three counts of making a criminal threat and three counts of assault of a law enforcement officer.

Jesse L. Marshall, 45, Lincolnville, formally was charged Thursday with domestic battery.

Patric G. Patterson, 26, McPherson, formally was charged March 25 with trafficking of contraband in a correctional facility.

Chance K.M. Penner formally was charged Thursday with domestic battery. In a separate case filed the same day, he formally was charged with interference with law enforcement and giving false information concerning an accident.

Alec N. Richardson formally was charged Thursday with having a fictitious or fraudulent identification card; purchase, consumption or possession of liquor by a minor; and transporting an open container of liquor.

Terri Tucker, 59, Peabody, filed five appeals of numerous Peabody Municipal Court rulings March 26.
