Happy Hustlers
Sara Groening led Marion Happy Hustlers in singing “Happy Birthday” to August birthdays during the group’s meeting at 7 p.m. Sept. 7 at Marion County Lake Hall.
Eleven members, four leaders, and three parents were present to answer roll call of their favorite parts of this year’s 4-H.
Ryker Salsbury presented a project talk about his Smith and Wesson 22 Victory pistol.
Tripp Peterson led a salute to the American flag and Eli Groening led the 4-H pledge. Recreation leader, Noah Schmidt led Happy Hustlers in a game of Heads or Tails.
A Sept. 5 fundraiser made $402.80. A hayrack ride is planned for the Hustlers’ next Oct. 5 meeting at the lake hall.
