March 22 — Officers investigated a firearm reported missing from a residence and arrested three people on drug charges.

March 24 — Police checked out a report of a reckless driver on US-56.

March 25 — Police investigated a non-injury accident and a curfew violation, and took a report of harassment.

Friday — Police assisted a motorist in Memorial Park.

Saturday — Police arrested four on outstanding warrants, one of whom was found to be in possession of suspected drug paraphernalia. Officers checked on an abandoned vehicle in the 300 block of N. Jefferson St.

Sunday — Police stopped a car for suspected driving under the influence, and charges are pending.

March 22 — Officers investigated a complaint of a Dumpster in a roadway. Police gave high school students walking in the rain a ride to track practice.

March 23 — Police issued 12 letters to residents who had trash blowing around. Police picked up a loose dog in the 500 block of Walnut St. and took to Animal Health Center.

March 24 — Police attempted to catch a loose peacock and issued warnings to three drivers for traffic infractions. Officers gave a ride to a juvenile riding a bicycle in the dark with no light.

March 25 — Officers issued a citation for no registration.

Friday — Police talked with a dog owner about its pet relieving itself on others’ property.

Saturday —Officers checked out trespassing in the 100 block of W. Main St. Police checked on an alarm in the 1100 block of E. Main St., but everything was OK. Three drivers were warned for traffic infractions.

Sunday — Officers issued four warnings for various traffic infractions.
