April 26 — Officers forwarded a reckless driving complaint in Lehigh to the sheriff’s department and did a welfare check in the 400 block of S. Main St. Officers investigated theft of fishing poles, a tackle box and lures in the 300 block of W. 3rd St.

April 27 — Police checked out a report of someone walking around with a flash light in the area of 100 N. Lincoln St., but it was OK. Police investigated a complaint of a vehicle with a loud exhaust and issued warnings for speeding in the 200 block of E. D St. and at D and Wilson Sts.

April 28 — Officers investigated the theft of a trailer reported stolen in the 800 block of W. D St.

April 29 — Police investigated a report of a suspicious person in the 100 block of S. Main St., but were unable to locate the suspect. Police investigated a complaint about a family of foxes in the 400 block of S. Birch St. A bike reported stolen was found by the reporting party.

April 30 — Police returned dogs running loose in the 700 block of S. Washington St. to the owner. Police investigated a complaint of possible identity theft. Officers investigated a harassment complaint in the 700 block of S. Washington St. Police issued a warning for auxiliary lighting on a vehicle.

Saturday — Police warned a driver for a headlight violation on US-56 and warned another for speeding in the 700 block of E. D St. Officers cited a driver for speeding on US-56. Officers investigated an accident in the 600 block of Orchard Dr.

Sunday — Officers warned a driver on US-56 for a headlight violation. Police met with owners who were looking for two dogs found running loose in the 800 block of W. Grand Ave.

April 26 — Officers responded to an alarm in the 200 block of E. Main St., but everything was OK. Police picked up a dog running loose and took it to Animal Health Center. Police issued warnings for speeding to three drivers.

April 27 — A resident turned in a set of keys found in the 100 block of Elm St. to police. Police warned a driver for speeding.

April 28 — Police checked out a disturbance reported in the 400 block of S. 4th St., but everything was OK. Police investigated a domestic disturbance in the 100 block of N. Roosevelt St., but took no action. Police returned to the 100 block of N. Roosevelt and an individual left the residence.

April 29 — Police cited a driver for not having a child in a seat belt in the 1200 block of Lawrence St. Police are investigating a small bag that was lighted on fire was placed on a porch of a residence in the 200 block of S. Cedar St.

April 30 — Police found a reportedly suicidal person and transported him to St. Luke for an evaluation. Police looked into another report of a possibly suicidal person, but everything was OK.

Saturday — Police checked on a 911 disconnect, but everything was OK. Police investigated a parking complaint in the 500 block of N. Cedar. The owner moved the vehicle. Officers investigated a report of damage to property in the 1500 block of E. Main St. Police transported a suicidal resident in the 200 block of S. 3rd St. to St. Luke for evaluation. Police contacted the parents of children hitting a ball at a residence in the 400 block of N. Lincoln St. Disturbances were reported in the 400 block of S. Roosevelt and the 700 block of S. Cedar St., but took no action. Police did a welfare check in the 1200 block of E. Main St. Officers picked up a dog running lose and took it to Animal Health Center.

Sunday — Police stopped a driver speeding 103 miles per hour in a 30 mph zone. Police arrested a driver near Cedar and Weldon Sts. on drug charg
